FlySky FS-i6 + FS-iA6B: specs
A 6-channel 2.4 GHz radio-control transmitter (FS-i6) bundled with a 6-channel receiver (FS-iA6B), both using the maker's AFHDS 2A protocol. The maker's page lists fixed-wing, glider, helicopter and boat models.

Pinout
We don't publish a pin table for this part: no official source we could verify gives one. Check the labels printed on your module, and see the notes below.
The maker's specification pages list the receiver's output types (PWM, PPM, i.bus, s.bus) but no pin-by-pin table is published, so no pinout is given.
Build with it
Project ideas for the FlySky FS-i6 + FS-iA6B. Each link opens Soldr with the prompt filled in; Soldr assigns the pins, checks power and shows how to wire every part.
- Stick position display: The maker lists PPM and i.bus among the receiver's data ports; which output mode the receiver sends and how to select it are not documented on the pages read here. Power the receiver from a 5 V source within its 4.0 V to 8.4 V range, share ground with the ESP32, and measure the signal level first because the maker gives none. Learning project.
- RC lamp switch: The Uno measures the channel pulse width and switches the relay input; the relay carries only the low-voltage 12 V strip supply. Check the strip's current against the adapter and do not exceed the relay module's printed DC contact rating. Learning project.
- RC dimmer for an LED: Reads one receiver channel and sets LED brightness with PWM, so no motor or high current is involved. Power the receiver from the Uno's 5 V pin (inside the 4.0 V to 8.4 V range) and check the signal level. Learning project.
Common mistakes
- Power the receiver with 4.0 V to 8.4 V only; a 12 V supply is outside the maker's range (source).
- The maker page gives no signal voltage level for the receiver output pins, so measure it before connecting to a 3.3 V board such as the ESP32 (source: link, no level stated).
- The receiver range of 500 to 1500 m is 'in the air'; indoors or near the ground it will be shorter, so do a range test before relying on it (source).
Not covered by the official source
- Only specification pages are available, with no PDF manual, so receiver output voltage level, failsafe settings and pin table are not given.
- Receiver current draw is not stated on the maker's pages.
