What does Soldr actually do, end to end?

One sentence in — a real build out. Not a suggestion of parts to go find yourself: parts that exist, are in stock, and fit together, plus the wiring, the code, and every question you have along the way. Here's the whole shape of it, and where to read about each piece in depth.

One sentence in, a build out

You describe what you want in plain language — no part names required. Soldr asks whatever it genuinely needs to know (which platform, mostly), then returns a parts list with real prices, drawn from stock that actually exists rather than a plausible-sounding guess. Your first build walks through one real session exactly like this, quoted as it happened.

The whole bench, in one place

Once the parts are set, the same conversation keeps going:

• The parts — a build specified from a sentence, using parts that exist and fit together.
• The wiring — every connection, pin by pin, for the exact board you named. See Wiring & pins.
• The schematic — a real circuit diagram, not a photo of breadboard wires.
• The code — working firmware for 674 boards, ready to flash from the browser.
• Pixel Studio — draw icons, QR codes and animations for an OLED, an LED matrix or a WS2812 ring. What glows on screen is what lights up on the part.
• Screen layout — drag text, bars and icons onto your display and tie them to real readings, then ask for the code and it comes back matching your layout.
• Dashboard preview — if your build serves a web page, see what it looks like before you've bought a single part.

674 boards, flashed however you work

Plug the board into your computer and flash it straight from the browser tab — nothing to install, nothing to configure. Or copy the sketch into the Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, or whatever you already use. After the parts arrive

The conversation doesn't stop at the wiring diagram. Once you're actually holding the parts, the same chat covers setup and testing, watching sensor values as they come in, and troubleshooting the thing you actually bought rather than a generic version of it:

• Reading serial output — garbled text, a crash dump, or a clean reboot loop, read correctly.
• Photograph your breadboard — a picture catches wiring mistakes a checklist misses.
• Watching sensor readings live — a live graph instead of scrolling numbers.
• ESP32 reboots on motor start — the brownout, and the fix.
