## Pinout
We don't publish a pin table for this part: no official source we could verify gives one. Check the labels printed on your module, and see the notes below.

## Common mistakes

- Drawing more than 190mA from the edge connector: the page gives 190mA as the maximum current via the edge connector, and 300mA as the maximum operating current ([source](https://tech.microbit.org/hardware/2-2-revision/))
- Assigning a pin that the board already uses: 6 GPIO are used for the display or light sensing, 2 for buttons A and B, and 2 are the external I2C interface ([source](https://tech.microbit.org/hardware/2-2-revision/))
- Feeding 5V into the 3V ring: the board operating range is 1.8V .. 3.6V, and 5V is supplied through the USB connector ([source](https://tech.microbit.org/hardware/2-2-revision/))

## What we could not confirm

- Edge connector pin table and I/O voltage limits: the official edge-connector page is not covered here. The listing's 3.3V logic line is not used.
- Typical current: the page gives only the 300mA maximum operating current; no typical figure.
- Listing said flash 256 KB and RAM 64 KB. The 2.2x page gives 512 KB flash and 128 KB RAM, which are used here.
- Some V2.2x units use an nRF52820 USB interface chip (256KB ROM, 32KB RAM). The page says this applies to the interface chip, not the application processor.
- Edge-connector pin table is not given: the official edge-connector and pinout page (tech.microbit.org/hardware/edge-connector/) is not covered here. The revision page only confirms 3 large IO rings, 2 power rings (3V and GND), 19 assignable GPIO pins and an operating range of 1.8 V to 3.6 V; it gives no per-pin table. The listing's P0/P1/P2 rows are not an official source.

## Sources
